What Is Jazz Skills?
This is NOT the normal stuff in jazz books and tutorials and it will finally get you sounding authentic!
The lessons are mostly bite-sized videos that are not overwhelming but are instead easier to digest. My teaching methods are based on over 20 years of teaching jazz, my studies with great jazz pianists, but most importantly an understanding of what my students are going through with their learning, and finding ways to ensure that they improve. There is no shortage of books and tutorials online but here, we are focused on getting results for students.Â
Jazz Skills is a membership subscription site for pianists and other instrumentalists of all abilities.
I have created hundreds of high-quality video lessons and other amazing learning tools for jazz beginners to professional musicians, teachers, and composers.

Many newer lessons are in the Smart Lesson format which allows students to change the speed of the lesson (without changing the pitch), change key, loop sections to create practice drills and print the sheet music.
